Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Emerald Frenzy platform, attending chapter meetings, or joining as a Prime / Privilege member, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Representation
- You must be at least 18 years old and represent a verified, registered commercial enterprise or professional service.
- Members agree to represent their primary business category accurately and not infringe on another member's reserved category.
- Each business transaction initiated between members is the sole responsibility of the transacting parties.
2. Chapter Member Code of Ethics
- Provide prompt, professional, and ethical service for all referrals received.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of fellow members' proprietary business discussions.
- Adhere to the chapter attendance and substitute representation guidelines.
- Zero tolerance for multi-level marketing (MLM) mass spamming or unverified solicitation.
3. Payments, Fees & Transactions
- All chapter dues, course fees, and franchise license payments must be made through official Emerald Frenzy accounts.
- Annual chapter membership grants immediate exclusive category locking for the 12-month tenure.
- All payments are subject to standard verification and invoice dispatch.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, chapter playbooks, training curricula, and website software are the exclusive intellectual property of Emerald Frenzy. Reproduction or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
5. Termination of Membership
Emerald Frenzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member who violates ethical conduct, harassment guidelines, or non-payment terms. Decisions by the Executive Governance Council are final.
